Done-For-You Service Terms

By submitting your payment, you agree to the terms outlined below for the Done-For-You Business Setup Package with Stephanie Long.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

This package includes the following deliverables:

  • 1 x 60-minute onboarding strategy call

  • Custom nutrition program creation (name, structure, pricing)

  • Freebie/lead magnet creation + Canva design (PDF format)

  • Email marketing platform setup (Flodesk)

  • Freebie opt-in page + form creation

  • 3-part welcome email sequence (copywriting + setup)

  • Website customization using your existing template (up to 5 pages)

  • Mobile optimization + basic SEO (meta titles, headings, image tags)

  • Client Management Platform setup in Practice Better (basic account organization, program setup)

  • Social media profile polish (Instagram bio, link-in-bio setup)

  • 1 x 60-minute offboarding call

  • Slack support for 2 weeks following delivery

PROJECT TIMELINE

The project begins the week of June 2, 2025, with a final delivery date of July 15, 2025, barring delays due to missed deadlines, late responses, or lack of required materials from the client.

You agree to provide necessary content, approvals, and access in a timely manner to help keep the project on track.

COMMUNICATION + SUPPORT

  • All communication will take place via email and Slack.

  • Slack support is available for 2 weeks following delivery to answer questions and guide you through using your systems.

  • Additional support or revisions beyond the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

PAYMENT TERMS

The total investment is $3,000 USD.

If paying in two installments:

  • First payment of $1,500 USD is due upon booking to confirm your spot.

  • Second payment of $1,500 USD is due one month after the first payment is made. Final deliverables will not be released until full payment is received.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once the project is booked and the initial payment is made, your spot is reserved and work begins behind the scenes. All payments made are non-refundable.

In the event you decide to cancel or pause the project at any time, the full $3,000 is still due as work is custom and time-blocked exclusively for you. No exceptions.

REVISIONS

One round of revisions is included for each major deliverable (website, freebie, nutrition program, emails). Additional revisions, redesigns, or out-of-scope work will be quoted separately.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You will own all final deliverables and may use or modify them as needed. Stephanie reserves the right to showcase completed work in her portfolio unless otherwise requested in writing.

By completing your payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
