Your story probably sounds a lot like mine…

After years of feeling off my game and struggling with my own health (think chronic migraines and digestive issues), I knew I had to make a change in my life and decided to enroll in nutrition school.

I devoured every nutrition book I could get my hands on and couldn't wait to graduate so I could make a positive impact in other people's lives too.

When graduation day finally came, I was sent off with my certification in hand, feeling over-the-moon excited. But then one big scary question hit me:

“How do I get started?”

With no idea what I needed to do, I committed every waking hour to working on my business. Yet, I was making little to no progress. The only thing that seemed to be growing was my confusion and overwhelm!

I felt stuck and had no idea how to move forward.

As I reached the year mark in my business, I wondered why clients weren't knocking down my door or seeking me out on the street.

I spent my days prepping client handouts, developing protocols I was sure I’d some day need and spent a ton of time on social media trying to pull together some type of marketing plan.

Truthfully, I was putting my energy in the wrong places and spreading myself really thin.

Eventually, things started shifting…

I started making huge progress in my business when I simplified my client processes, clarified my business vision, and allowed myself to believe that I had the ability to run a successful business.

Clients started to come in. I was getting referrals from other practitioners, booking monthly workshops, and feeling more confident in my coaching skills every day.

As I started hearing from others about their own nutrition businesses, I recognized my own story in them. They too were struggling with the start-up process, wishing that something or someone would help them create their dream nutrition businesses.

That was when it hit me! Having grown my own business to become successful, I knew I could help others achieve the same. And I was right.

After working with dozens of clients and students, what I’ve seen time and time again is this: When you set yourself up for success with a solid foundation and guidance from a coach that's been there too, creating positive momentum in your business is a given.
