Booked Out Nutritionist Terms

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before enrolling in Booked Out Nutritionist (“Program,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), owned and operated by Stephanie Long (“Company,” “Coach,” “I,” “me,” or “my”). By purchasing, accessing, or participating in the Program, you agree to the following:

1. Program Description

Booked Out Nutritionist is a 12-month program for nutrition professionals focused on helping you develop a signature program, master your marketing, and consistently sign 1:1 clients. Your enrollment includes:

  • Access to the full curriculum inside the member portal

  • Weekly live group coaching calls

  • Monthly marketing plans

  • Access to copy reviews (see section 5)

  • Access to a private community or messaging channel

  • Templates, scripts, prompts, and tools to support program implementation

You are responsible for applying what is taught. While we provide education, coaching, and support, we do not guarantee any specific results.

2. Program Access & Duration

You will receive access to the Program and all associated materials for 12 months from the date the program begins (unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase). Extensions are not guaranteed.

Access includes any live calls, feedback channels, and materials released during your access period. After your 12-month period, access to all materials and support ends, unless you renew.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

You agree to pay the Program fee as advertised at the time of purchase, either in full or via a payment plan.

All payments are non-refundable.

There are no refunds under any circumstances, including for unused time, early withdrawal, or dissatisfaction with the Program.

If you choose a payment plan, you are responsible for all payments. This is not a subscription you can cancel. It is a commitment to pay the full fee over time.

If your payment fails and is not resolved within 7 days, your access to the Program will be suspended until payment is made.

4. Live Calls & Replays

Live coaching calls occur once per week on Wednesdays at 11 am PST (subject to change with notice). These calls are designed to offer you support, strategy, and accountability on your marketing, messaging, and sales activities.

You are responsible for attending or catching up via replay if you cannot attend live.

Call replays will be available inside the portal during your access period. We do not guarantee the availability of replays beyond your program access window.

5. Copy Reviews

You may submit one piece of content (sales page, emails, posts) per month for review during your 12-month term. Reviews will be delivered as video or written feedback, typically within 48 business hours.

You are responsible for submitting on time and following review instructions. Feedback is not guaranteed if instructions are not followed or if your submission is late.

6. Community Guidelines

We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and encouraging space for all participants. By joining the Program, you agree to:

  • Maintain confidentiality of what others share in the group or on calls

  • Participate respectfully and refrain from spam, promotion, or solicitation

  • Follow all community rules, including those in Slack or other platforms

We reserve the right to remove any participant for inappropriate, disruptive, or abusive behavior without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content within the Program — including videos, templates, prompts, scripts, and documents — is the intellectual property of Stephanie Long. You may use these materials for your own business, but you may not:

  • Reproduce, resell, or distribute them to others

  • Claim them as your own

  • Share login details or grant access to others
