Nutritionist Spotlight Series: Bianca Osbourne

Welcome to another edition of Nutritionist Spotlight!

This month, we’re excited to introduce Bianca Osbourne, a chef, nutritionist, and fertility coach who helps women get their bodies baby friendly!

Bianca takes a holistic approach to wellness, blending ancestral nutrition practices with modern health strategies.

From her daily rituals, like sipping savory herb bone broth and wearing a weighted vest, to her love for simple, animal-based meals, Bianca’s lifestyle is all about balance and sustainability.

Let’s dive into her unique perspective on health, wellness, and what fuels her passion for empowering others!

What's the first thing you do as soon as you wake up?

Make bone broth and an egg yolk and butter coffee - after chugging water with supplements.

What does your morning routine look like?

My mornings are intentionally slow to honour my cortisol needs. I start with bone broth and a fatty coffee, followed by 30 minutes of reading (or scrolling).

After that, I prep my social posts, get in a 35-minute workout, take a shower, eat again and then dive into work. This is why I don’t take clients until 10 a.m. lol

What do you typically eat for breakfast?

I usually have two breakfasts: I start with bone broth and a fatty coffee, then follow it up with eggs paired with berries and either yogurt or cottage cheese.

Since I follow an animal-based diet, my meals always center around animal-based ingredients.

What's one food you always have in your fridge or pantry?

Eggs. I use eggs in so many things!

What's your most used kitchen gadget/appliance?

Funny enough, I own so many cooking gadgets, but the one I use daily is my milk frother—for my lattes!

What's your favourite go-to recipe?

My savory herb bone broth is my favorite—I sip it daily and use it as a base for so many dishes.

What does your skincare routine look like? Favourite products?

It's simple: I use Weleda Skin Food Oil-to-Milk Cleanser and a beef tallow moisturizer. I also love incorporating Korean skincare masks.

Great skin starts from within, so I ditched multi-step skincare routines years ago.

What's your favourite go-to supplement?

Probiotics: When I skip them, my body notices right away.

What's one health habit you could not live without?

Hydrating with Celtic sea salt and water

What's your favourite way to move your body?

Wearing my weighted vest is by far the best thing I do for my body every day.

What's your favourite grab-and-go food?

Olives and Parmesan cheese—it’s an unconventional combo, but it travels well and tastes amazing!

What's one health habit you're willing to spend money on?

Acupuncture and reflexology have been incredible—I've gained so many valuable health insights from my practitioners

What's one health trend you're currently loving?

I’m not really into health trends, to be honest. I prefer sticking to ancestral, time-tested health practices.

What's one health trend you're not a fan of?

The plant-based diet—I've seen it have negative effects on too many people.

What's on your bedside table right now?

Books. Water. Lip gloss. Salt lamp.

What does your evening routine look like?

My evening routine is pretty low-key. I go to bed early-ish because I firmly believe in the importance of rest. I start winding down around 9:00 p.m., wash my face, brush my teeth, take my magnesium, and put on a castor oil pack.

I also listen to sleep meditations to help lull me to sleep—especially since the last thing I sometimes watch on TV is screaming housewives, and the meditations help rinse that away!

What does your typical work day look like?

I start my day around 10:00 AM, after working out, setting intentions for the day, and enjoying a solid animal-based breakfast.

From there, my schedule typically includes calls with clients and potential clients—mostly focused on fertility-related work—planning social media posts for the next day, creating implementation plans for clients, and preparing for what’s ahead.

No two days are ever the same, and that’s what I love about my job. Sometimes, I’ll take a break for lunch with friends or go for a midday walk to recharge.

What's your favourite thing about being a Nutritionist?

That I get to help people and see in real time the work that I do change their lives.

What's your least favourite thing about being a Nutritionist?

The criticism from the conventional medical community can be frustrating. When I see fertility clinics dismiss the work I do—work that I *know* gets results—it makes me want to throw something.

But instead of letting it get to me, I focus on helping even more people, which is the biggest F-U - and I love that!

What big goal do you have for your nutrition business right now?

I’m determined to double the number of babies I helped bring into the world last year!

Bianca’s approach to nutrition and health is a beautiful mix of tradition, practicality, and a touch of fun.

Whether she’s helping clients achieve fertility goals or winding down with a castor oil pack and sleep meditations, Bianca proves that taking care of yourself doesn’t have to be complicated—it can be intuitive and even enjoyable.

With a big goal to double the number of babies she helped bring into the world this year, she’s clearly on a mission to make a lasting impact. We can’t wait to see what’s next for Bianca and her clients.
