AI Toolkit For Nutritionists Terms

1. Product Description

The AI Toolkit for Nutritionists is a digital product providing 12 custom-built AI skills for use with Claude, along with a Quick-Start Guide for setup. You are responsible for applying the toolkit to your business. While we provide instructions, training, and support materials, we do not guarantee any specific results, including time saved, content output, client bookings, or revenue.

2. Access & Delivery

Access to the toolkit, including all twelve skills, the Quick-Start Guide, and the bonus Content Repurposing Prompt, is delivered instantly upon purchase and is yours to keep indefinitely ("lifetime access"). It is your responsibility to download and save your files upon receiving access. We are not responsible for lost access due to changes on your end (deleted files, changed email addresses, etc.), though we will make reasonable efforts to help you recover your materials if you contact us.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

The AI Toolkit is available as a one-time payment. All payments are non-refundable and final. Because this is a digital product delivered instantly and in full at the time of purchase, there are no refunds for any reason, including but not limited to a change of mind, dissatisfaction, or failure to use the materials.

4. Bonus Live Setup Call & Replay

Customers who purchase by the stated early-bird deadline receive access to a live group setup call. The call date and time will be communicated by email and is subject to change with notice. A replay will be made available to all customers who purchased the bonus, whether or not they attend live. The live call is a bonus and is not itself refundable or transferable if missed.

5. Third-Party Platform Disclaimer

The AI Toolkit is built to be used with Claude, a product of Anthropic. Stephanie Long is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. You are responsible for creating and maintaining your own Claude account and for complying with Anthropic's own terms of service, and for any costs associated with a Claude subscription. We are not responsible for changes Anthropic makes to Claude's features, pricing, or availability that may affect the toolkit's functionality.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials in the AI Toolkit, including the skills, prompts, guide, and any related content, are the intellectual property of Stephanie Long. You may use these materials in your own nutrition business. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or share these materials with anyone else, including sharing your files, login details, or purchased access with another person or business.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the AI Toolkit, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. The toolkit is provided "as is," and your use of any AI platform, including Claude, is at your own discretion and risk.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the AI Toolkit after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
